January:  Digging Deep to Define the Why/Where of Your Art Practice | A short but deep dive to help you define the WHY of your art practice, WHERE you want to take it next, and set the stage for a fresh new year. There is no one best way but this series of explorations and questioning techniques will help you better define your next best steps. Online via ZOOM.

(5) 1.5 hr sessions/$75  Max 5 participants. There are assignments between each session to assist as you define your next goal(s).

May 6 - October 1. 

August:  Sun printing workshop held at the Mojave Desert Land Trust in Joshua Tree, CA on August 26. During this 4 hour workshop, we'll go over the history of the cyanotype process focusing on the works of Anna Atkins, the first person to create an illustrated book of botanicals using this newly invented photogram process in1843. Participants will make approximately 4-6 prints using the dry and wet methods. One piece will be included in a collaborative installation from all the participants to be displayed at MDLT and on World Cyanotype Day (September 30). Link to purchase ticket will be posted later in July. Spaces limited.

SeptemberWorld Cyanotype Day, September 30, all day. I will be hosting and conducting a public event for participants to make their own cyanotype print, Anna Atkins style. Participants will make 2 prints, one for them to keep, one for me to create a culminating art installation with. Details on exactly where this will be in the Yucca Valley, CA area coming soon

October: Starry Nights Festival, 29 Palms CA, October 14 Day long public event using sun printing process to depict a night sky. Added bonus: there will be a solar eclipse that morning! Proceeds to help fund a residential science center for JTREE in JTNP. Specific details coming soon. Spaces limited.  

Pop Up Open Studio, October 28, 1pm - 5pm with guest artists at my home studio in Yucca Valley! I am so very happy to finally be able to open my studio for viewing newest works, collaborations, and just hang out to talk all things creative. This private event is limited invitation only. Weather permitting, we will be outdoors in a well ventilated space. Look for the private invite on FaceBook. Subscribers will get first shot for details and to reserve their free space.
